Our Strategic Plan

January 2022 through December 2024

  • GOAL 1: Increase the number of repairs an average of ten percent annually over the next three years.

    GOAL 2: Establish a comprehensive new initiative to serve and care for our clients’ needs.

  • GOAL 1: Add one new “leadership level” church relationship annually (a church that actively promotes GN and provides significant volunteer and financial support); expand overall number of involved churches by ten over the next three years.

    GOAL 2: Increase the number of working relationships with three new local businesses, government, or other organizations annually (total of nine) over the next three years.

    GOAL 3: Evaluate three possible opportunities over the next three years for organizational expansion of GN, either geographically or in new dimensions of service.

  • GOAL 1: Increase the number of involved young volunteers and leaders (ages 18-30) by ten annually.

    GOAL 2: Expand Board of Directors to eleven members.

  • GOAL 1: Manage GN’s overall resources to maintain a pipeline limited to forty high-priority repair projects at any time; maintain time frame for individual repair completion to one year.

    GOAL 2: Increase overall volunteer hours by 1,000 annually (from current base of 4,000).

  • GOAL 1: Increase GN’s funding by an average of ten percent annually over the three-year plan period, to a level of $1 million by year-end 2024.
