We’re so excited to host our 2nd Annual Boots and BBQ Friendraiser Event!!!
New venue, same FUN!
This year, our event will be held at Ebenezer Acres, a beautiful farm and estate, located at :
420 Fremont Rd., Nottingham, PA, 19362
Bring your lawn chairs and come ready for a night of great food, music, and activities galore!
Ride the mechanical bull! Play bocce, corn hole, and horseshoes! Line Dance!
Your admission ticket includes one dinner meal and one complimentary beer/wine ticket. Additional food will be available for purchase at the event. There is no additional charge for non-alcoholic beverages.
*Due to Pennsylvania Liquor Licensing Laws, no money may be exchanged for alcohol at the event
Additional beer/wine tickets can be purchased at the time of your admission ticket purchase.

Sponsorship opportunities
The purpose of this event is to raise awareness within the community for low-income families in need of critical home repairs. Good Neighbors provides these repairs at no cost to the homeowners, relying on volunteers and financial support from our generous community.
By sponsoring our event, you help us direct our funds toward making homes warmer, safer, drier, and healthier for families in need.

PYROTECHNICS, ANYONE? $2000
This property has a lovely pond, and we envision a beautiful fireworks display over the pond on a nice spring night as a fitting ending to our event.
For this sponsorship level you will be listed in our social media and signage. You will also get 6 tickets for admission. (Fireworks-estimated total cost $5000)
BELLY BUSTER $1500
We will be getting several food trucks and as part of our ticket price, each attendee will get one meal and their first drink on us. After the ticket is used, they will be able to purchase additional food and drink.
With this sponsorship level you will be listed in our social media and signage. You will also get 4 tickets for admission. (Food trucks estimated total cost $3000)
Buck’n bronco $1000
The mechanical bull was a bit hit last year so we will offer this attraction again. This activity is free for attendees.

YEE HAW, LET’S DANCE $500
There’s not much better than live music outdoors in the spring. Our line dance instructor and his lovely wife (Steve and Ruth Carroll) have agreed to donate their time so we’re looking for the perfect band.

SILENT AUCTION ITEMS
If you’d rather donate a silent auction item, we will need 12-15 of those as well. So far we’ve got Phillies tickets, passes to Longwood Gardens, gift baskets, and more!
