Our Work

Good Neighbors provides critical home repairs to low-income homeowners at NO COST to them. Some of our most common repair projects are roof repair/replacement, deck and entryway repair, heater repair/replacement, ramp installation, grab bar installation, and tub modifications.

    After years of boiling water on their stove, a homeowner can now take a hot shower in their home.

  • Heater/Furnace Repair

    A homeowner tapes a reminder to replace his filter on the heating duct.

  • Plumbing Repairs

    Repairing leaky pipes

  • Electrical Repairs

    Repairing faulty outlets or lose wiring
