What is a “critical repair”?
Good Neighbors only completes critical repairs for homeowners that will result in the home being warmer, safer, drier, and healthier.
A repaired heater or furnace will make the home warmer in winter, but so will repairing a window or door that doesn’t close properly and lets in cold air. A roof replacement will make a home drier, but so will replacing a badly leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. Repairing soft floors or replacing entryway steps will make a home safer. A ramp or grab bar installation will make a home safer and more accessible for a homeowner with mobility challenges.
