Faith (Hebrews 11:1, 1 Corinthians 2:5)
The cornerstone of this ministry is our faith. We believe that God called this ministry into existence. We will walk in faith and keep our eyes on God for the direction and provision for the fulfillment of God's work. Our faith will be evidenced in all that we think, say and do.

Compassion (Luke 10:33-34, Philippians 2:3-4)
Compassion that is born from our faith enables us to treat all impartially and to preserve the dignity of every homeowner. It is the very heart of this ministry that allows us to minister in love to those in need as we pursue the mission of a warmer, safer, drier and healthier home environment.

Intergrity (Titus 2:6-7, Proverbs 2:6,8)
As stewards of God's resources we are committed to wise and efficient use of all he has given us for those we serve. All we do and how we perform our roles will reflect our highest standards of honest, moral behavior and actions.

Excellence (Colossians 3:23)
We desire to be the best we can be and to not settle for anything less from ourselves and those who serve with us. We will honor our gifts, skills and talents to ensure we keep raising the bar of quality at all levels of operation.  This is an ongoing process and we are open to change that leads to achieving this vital goal.

Safety (Psalms 27:5, Isaiah 14:30)
It is our great privilege and obligation to do all we can to ensure that we, our volunteers, contractors and the homeowners we serve are assured that we diligently pursue safe practices in all our work. Safety is an attitude that will not be compromised.

Our work results in restoring hope, dignity and other life changing benefits from the improvements we make to a home. In the same manner, the communities we work in would also see the value of properties improved and our witness would draw others to know God and to serve God.
