Individuals who own their homes and meet certain income criteria qualify for assistance.
What geographic area do you serve?
Good Neighbors Home Repair primarily serves southern Chester County, PA; along the U.S. Route 1 corridor from Kennett Square to Oxford.
How can I apply for help?

Where do your resources come from?
Our financial resources come from 5 main sources:
- Individual households. These folks are the backbone of the ministry, generously responding when we request support.
- Local churches. Local congregations help not only financially but through their youth groups as well.
- Grants. We recieve assistance through the Chester county Department of Community Development as well as some State, Federal and private foundations.
- United Way gifts.
- Local businesses. Many local businesses donate building materials at cost as well as financially supporting Good Neighbors.
Why do you do this?
As Christians, God has told us to love him and to love others, as well as we love ourselves. This ministry is an expression of loving others in a tangible way. We want to make a difference in the lives of others who are less fortunate than us.
How can I get involved?
We have many ways in which you can join us -- from hands-on carpentry to painting, from administrative help in the office to prayer teams. Check out the How You Can Help page and send us an email or call 610-444-1860. We'll find the right place for your talent and time.

Our work is year 'round as and your contributions, whether one-time or recurring make a difference in their lives.
